Due my interests in electronics i sometimes wanted to do some radio electronics and this subject has always led me to ham radio enthusiasts. I put off the topic in time but finally decided to get a license.
Im in Poland so i contacted the necessary institution (UKE)

I know #@!& about operating a professional HAM radio so I’ve searched for local radio clubs in Wrocław. Found two. Contacted one about joining and to my surprise, got an answer two minutes after sending an email.
